Terms of Service

Hobby Airport Parking is operated by The Monroe Parking Group, LLC.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hobbyairportparking.com and the parking facility located at 7625 Monroe Rd, Houston, TX 77061, operated by Hobby Airport Parking ("we", "us"). By reserving a spot, parking a vehicle on our lot, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Reservations are made on this site. Reserving locks in the rate shown at the time you reserve; it does not charge you and does not reserve a specific space. Payment is taken at the lot by the operator when you arrive, by scanning the posted QR sign and entering your license plate. Published rates exclude any taxes or fees that may be required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse service or to require a vehicle to leave the lot in the event of fraud, repeated policy violations, or conduct that endangers other guests, our staff, or property.

The Hobby Airport Parking reservation text program is optional. After completing a reservation, you may enter your own mobile number and press the send button to receive one transactional text with the lot address, arrival steps, and shuttle pickup number. We send one message per request and reservation, with no recurring or scheduled messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. You can also call (509) 599-7241 for booking support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reserving takes no payment, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. If your plans change before you arrive, you owe us nothing and need do nothing.

If you have already paid at the lot and believe a refund is owed, that payment was taken by the lot operator, so the request has to go to them. Call (509) 599-7241, or contact us and we will help you route it.

If your travel plans change after you arrive, you may extend or shorten your stay subject to availability and the rate in effect when the change is made. How a shortened stay is settled is up to the operator who took the payment.

The lot is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and free shuttle service to the Hobby Airport (HOU) terminal runs 24/7 – day or night, every day of the year. No reservation is required; just walk up to the shuttle pickup area near the lot entrance and board.

Continuous shuttle availability is our standard of service, not a guarantee against interruption. We are not responsible for missed flights or other consequential costs caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or unusually high demand. Plan to arrive at the lot at least 2 hours before your departure time, or earlier during peak holiday travel.

The lot operator runs license-plate recognition for entry and exit, so most guests do not receive a paper ticket. If a paper or digital ticket is issued (for example, during a system outage) and it is lost, please notify the attendant on duty. After confirming your plate against a government-issued ID, they will release your vehicle.

If you cannot locate your reservation confirmation, contact us with the email address you used to reserve and your travel dates, and we will look it up; a monthly request can also be found by name or phone. We do not hold license plates, so a lookup by plate has to go to the operator on (509) 599-7241. We do not charge a flat "lost ticket" fee; you pay only the rate originally reserved (or, if no reservation can be located, the standard daily rate for the time the vehicle was on the lot).

While on the property:

• Park only in marked spaces. Vehicles parked outside marked spaces, blocking lanes, or occupying multiple spaces may be relocated at the owner's expense.
• Observe posted speed limits and traffic markings. Drivers must be licensed and insured.
• No overnight occupancy of vehicles, no camping, no commercial vehicle servicing, and no car washing on the lot.
• No storage of fuel, propane, fireworks, hazardous materials, firearms in plain view, or controlled substances.
• Vehicles must be in operable condition with current registration. We may decline to admit or may remove vehicles that are leaking fluids, abandoned, or otherwise unsafe.

We provide a parking space only. We are not a bailee of your vehicle or its contents. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for theft of, damage to, or loss of any vehicle, vehicle accessory, or personal property left on or in a vehicle on our lot, except where the loss is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Lock your vehicle. Take valuables, garage door openers, and identifying documents with you. Our security cameras and lighting are intended to deter, but cannot prevent, criminal activity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the lot or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hobby Airport Parking, its affiliates, and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or damage you cause to the lot or to other guests' property.

A vehicle left on the lot for more than 30 days beyond its paid reservation, without prior arrangement, may be treated as abandoned and towed at the owner's expense in accordance with Texas law. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered owner using the information on the reservation before towing.

The text, graphics, logos, and other content on hobbyairportparking.com are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use -- including reproduction, scraping, or republication -- requires our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms is in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. The Terms in effect on the date you make a reservation govern that reservation; later changes apply to bookings made after the change is published.
