How does the shuttle work?

After parking, wait at the designated shuttle pickup area. Our free shuttle runs 24/7 and takes you directly to the terminal. On your return, follow signs for Ground Transportation and Buses/Shuttles to Curb Zone 3 or 4 outside Baggage Claim on the Arrivals Level, then call the shuttle pickup line at (281) 985-1521.

Do I need a ticket or pass for the shuttle?

No. Just walk up and board. Drivers don't check tickets – your parking reservation covers everything, including the shuttle.

What if I miss the shuttle?

If you're returning from the airport, stay at Curb Zone 3 or 4 and call the shuttle pickup line at (281) 985-1521 so we can coordinate your pickup. The line is available 24/7.

Is the parking lot secure?

Yes. The lot has an electric perimeter fence, is well-lit, and is watched by 24/7 staffed surveillance. Your vehicle is safe with us.

Yes. Surface and covered parking are both $5/day during our opening special, first come first served. Every spot includes the free shuttle and 24/7 security.

Not at this time. We're a surface lot focused on affordable parking and shuttle service to HOU.

Can I park an RV or oversized vehicle?

Yes. Our surface lot has plenty of room for trucks, SUVs, and large vehicles at the same daily rate. No size restrictions, no extra charges.

How do you count parking days?

Accepted Answer

By calendar date, not by the hour. Count from your drop-off date to your pick-up date, with a one-day minimum – that is what you pay for. Dropping off Monday and picking up Tuesday is one day whatever time you do either, and a car dropped off and collected the same day is also one day.

What will I pay at the lot?

For a daily stay: the rate shown on this site, plus Texas sales tax (8.25%) and a flat $1 fee charged once per stay – not once per day. One day works out to $6.50 and four days to $22.73. You pay all of it at the lot when you arrive, not on this site, and the free shuttle is included. Monthly passes are invoiced by the operator instead.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Yes, any time and at no charge. Reserving takes no payment, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing to refund – if your plans change, you owe us nothing. To move your dates, just reserve the new ones.

Do you offer long-term parking discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our monthly rate is $100, which works out to as low as $3.33/day – well below our daily rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payment is taken at the lot, not on this site. Reserving here locks your rate and asks for no card at all. When you arrive, scan the QR code on our signage and enter your license plate to pay the operator. The lot is cashless.

What items shouldn't I leave in the car?

Don't leave cash, jewelry, electronics, prescription medications, firearms, or important documents (passport, social security card) in the vehicle. Lock the trunk and take valuables with you.

What if I lose my parking ticket or receipt?

Accepted Answer

Call us at (832) 367-1143. We can look up a daily reservation by the email address you used and your travel dates, and a monthly request by name, phone, or email. Your reservation is digital, so a lost paper ticket doesn't lock you out. We don't hold license plates – the operator does – so for anything tied to the plate at the gate, call (509) 599-7241.
