Your reservation is digital, so a lost paper ticket doesn't lock you out. We don't hold license plates – the operator does – so for anything tied to the plate at the gate, call (509) 599-7241.

The lot stays open through routine weather. As a surface lot in coastal Houston, parked vehicles are exposed to rain and wind – for hurricanes or major flood events, plan accordingly. We don't close for weather, but we recommend covered parking ($7/day, against $5/day uncovered) if severe weather is forecast.
