How often does the shuttle run?

Our shuttle departs every 5 minutes during normal operating hours and every 15 minutes during low-volume hours (4:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily). No appointment needed – just park your car and head to the shuttle pickup area.

Where does the shuttle drop off at Hobby Airport?

Hobby Airport has a single terminal that all airlines share – Southwest, Delta, Spirit, Frontier, JetBlue, and others. Our shuttle drops you at the main terminal entrance, steps from the check-in counters and TSA security.

How do I get the shuttle back to the parking lot?

When you land, call us at (832) 367-1143 or head to the designated shuttle pickup area outside the terminal. Our driver will pick you up within 5 minutes during normal hours (within 15 minutes during low-volume hours).

Does the shuttle run for early morning flights?

Yes. The shuttle starts running at 4:00 AM, so you're covered for early morning departures. If your flight leaves before 5:30 AM, we recommend arriving at the lot by 4:30 AM to give yourself plenty of time.

Do shuttles run overnight and on holidays?

Yes. We operate 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily, including holidays. Overnight and holiday hours run on the low-volume schedule (every ~15 minutes).

Do I need a ticket or pass for the shuttle?

No. Just walk up and board. Drivers don't check tickets – your parking reservation covers everything, including the shuttle.

What if I miss the shuttle?

The next one is just a few minutes behind during normal hours, up to 15 minutes during low-volume hours.

Yes, the shuttle is completely free for all parkers. There's no extra charge, no tipping required, and no surcharge during peak hours. It's included with every parking reservation.

Can I park an RV or oversized vehicle and still use the shuttle?

Yes. We accept RVs, oversized vehicles, and trucks at the standard daily rate. Park, walk to the shuttle pickup area, and board normally.
