Hobby Airport travelers had two real options before this lot opened: pay airport-garage prices for proximity, or accept long shuttle rides and unclear pricing at off-airport competitors. The 18 acres at 7625 Monroe Rd sit close enough to the terminal for a 3-minute shuttle ride and large enough to absorb peak-week demand without surge pricing.

The thesis is straightforward: a fenced, well-lit lot operated under transparent pricing with a frequent free shuttle is the best deal a Hobby traveler can get -- and a durable cash-flow asset for the operator. Building the lot to that standard from day one is what we have spent the renovation on.
