How to get here from major Houston neighborhoods

Drive times below are typical off-peak estimates. Add 10–20 minutes during weekday rush hour (7–9 AM, 4–7 PM). Tolls apply on Beltway 8 — bring an EZ TAG or expect a pay-by-mail invoice.

From Downtown / Midtown Houston

9 miles · 15–20 min off-peak

Route
I-45 South → Airport Blvd / Broadway exit (Exit 39) → right on Airport Blvd → Monroe Rd to the lot at 7625
What to expect
The most direct shot — straight down I-45. Add 10–20 minutes during weekday morning rush hour (7–9 AM) when southbound I-45 backs up around the I-610 interchange.

From Uptown / Galleria

16 miles · 20–30 min off-peak

Route
I-610 South → I-45 South → Airport Blvd / Broadway exit (Exit 39) → left on Airport Blvd → Monroe Rd to the lot at 7625
What to expect
All freeway, no tolls. The I-610 / I-45 interchange (south side) is the only friction point — slow it down through the merge during evening rush.

From The Heights

13 miles · 20–25 min off-peak

Route
I-10 East → I-45 South → Airport Blvd / Broadway exit (Exit 39) → right on Airport Blvd → Monroe Rd to the lot at 7625
What to expect
The cleanest mid-day route. Avoid I-10 East 4–6 PM weekdays — through the Downtown wedge and back out on I-45 South can add 15+ minutes.

From Sugar Land

26 miles · 30–40 min off-peak

Route
US-59 / I-69 North → Beltway 8 East (toll) → I-45 North → Airport Blvd / Broadway exit (Exit 39) → right on Airport Blvd → Monroe Rd to the lot at 7625
What to expect
Beltway 8 is a toll road — EZ TAG or pay-by-mail (allow $3–$5 each way). The Beltway 8 / I-45 interchange in southeast Houston is where rush-hour delays add up; budget +15 minutes 4–6 PM.

From Pearland

13 miles · 15–20 min off-peak

Route
TX-288 North → Beltway 8 East (toll) → I-45 North → Airport Blvd / Broadway exit (Exit 39) → right on Airport Blvd → Monroe Rd to the lot at 7625
What to expect
The shortest route from the south side. Beltway 8 toll applies; about $2 each way. The TX-288 / Beltway 8 interchange can stack up during morning rush — add 10 minutes if you're traveling 7–8:30 AM.

From The Woodlands

39 miles · 45–55 min off-peak

Route
I-45 South → Airport Blvd / Broadway exit (Exit 39) → right on Airport Blvd → Monroe Rd to the lot at 7625
What to expect
A straight I-45 South shot. The full corridor is heavy in both directions during weekday rush — leave 75–90 minutes before your flight if you're traveling 6–9 AM or 4–7 PM.
